1 General Agreement

By using 55mmks services, the player confirms that they have read and agreed to all terms, conditions, and policies set out on this page. If you do not accept these terms, you should not continue to use the platform.

3 Deposit

You can deposit at 55mmks using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made under a third party's name are not allowed; any such deposit will be reversed.
• If you do not receive your balance or the relevant bonus on the platform within a few days after depositing, please contact customer support.
• Your deposit will be credited to your game account once it has passed 55mmks's verification checks.

4 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be sent to the player's own payment account.

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Players who have claimed a bonus must wager 20 times the bonus amount before they can withdraw.
• Funds will only be returned to the same payment account and name used for the deposit.

4.2 Situations Where Funds May Be Recovered

55mmks may review and recover a player's funds if a payment error is found, multiple accounts for a single player are detected, or a game exploit is used.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

The 55mmks welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. After receiving the bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings related to the bonus.

5.1 Example Calculation

Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks must be wagered.

Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 320,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — you must complete the wagering requirement first.
• You can check whether your bonus wagering requirement has been met inside your personal account.

• Accounts found to be claiming bonuses through dishonest methods may be closed.

6 Game Policy

All games on 55mmks operate through a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. No party can predict a game result in advance — this is part of the nature of chance-based gaming.

• Bets placed on a football match before it is officially announced cannot be withdrawn until the match begins.
• If a player is disconnected mid-game due to a technical issue (such as a connection drop), the matter will be resolved at 55mmks's discretion.
• If a connection is lost while Auto Spin is active in a slot game, the remaining balance will be returned.
• Any amount wagered for bonus wagering requirements is not counted until the game result has been viewed (i.e., after the game ends and the result is checked).

7 Prohibited Actions

The following actions violate 55mmks's terms and conditions. If detected, the account will be immediately closed and funds will be forfeited.

• Opening multiple accounts — only one account per person is allowed.
• Making deposits and withdrawals in a way designed to exploit bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Exploiting a game bug or glitch more than once to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots or automation software on any games on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of fraudulent fund transfer.
• Repeatedly placing bets for another player and reversing them to transfer winnings (Chip Dumping).

8 Security and Personal Data
